SHELBY SKAGGS
By the time she was 12 years old, Shelby Skaggs
was an athlete, gymnast, dancer, Christian,
friend and multi-sport little league champion.
So a decade later when it was time for Shelby
to choose a career path, it is natural to see
why she chose the fitness industry. By
combining her love of athletics and people,
Shelby Skaggs aspires to help others reach
their fitness goals. However, Shelby doesn’t
want to just do that. Shelby Skaggs Fitness
Training believes in 1 Timothy 4:8 (“For
physical training is of some value, but
godliness has value for all things, holding
promise for both the present life and
the life to come.”) Becoming physically
fit has value, yet there is more to life
than just this. Through workouts,
prayer, and discussion, Shelby
Skaggs Fitness Training trains not
only your body but your mind as well.
